Growing a Green Legacy

In the heart of Kangaroo Island, Eucalyptus Landcare has been instrumental in transforming barren landscapes into thriving ecosystems through our strategic tree planting initiatives. Over the past year alone, we proudly planted an impressive 50,000 eucalyptus saplings, breathing life into approximately 14 hectares of critical koala habitat.

A Tale of Vegetation and Wildlife Flourish

In the wake of Eucalyptus Landcare’s successful tree planting campaigns, Kangaroo Island has witnessed a remarkable resurgence in its natural vitality. Our dedicated efforts have resulted in an astounding 90% increase in vegetation cover across revegetated areas. This newfound greenery has become a haven for the island’s diverse wildlife.
